I know for sure that Amex and Advanta do not have transfer fees. Also they gives you up to 15 months to pay off your debt.
Remember that 15 months is the advertised duration. The actual duration is determined after they review your CREDIT. |

haider, are you talking about business credit cards or personal? Not all AmEx cards have a 0% Intro APR for balance transfers and not all of them are free.
As for Advanta credit cards, could you be specific about the offers you are referring to. I know that some of their cards have a 3% transfer fee (minimum of $5, maximum of $95 with initial balance transfers). |

Hi, nice topic
Well i have to transfer balance once since my regular APR on Chase card was too high. I've chosen Aerican Express Clear card (sorry, did not find it in the catalog).
It's quite new cardfrom AMEX, it has 4.99% FIXED APR only on balance transfers and no balance transfer fees.
