Capital One has two cards: No Hassle Cash Rewards and No Hassle Cash Rewards Card. What's the difference between those two? I was trying to compare features, but they are pretty much the same. Anybody knows?

I search on this two similar credit cards and figured out that Capital One No hassle Cash Rewards with 12.40 regular APR and designed for those who have a limited credit history and are looking to earn cash rewards.

And Capital One No Hassle cash Rewards Card for people with above average credit is ideal for those who would like a card that offers a cash back reward program.
