So how does this card works, do you have to pay it before you use it or as a charge card - in the end of the month?

Good chance for those who has a bad credit line or who does not have any credit?

I think you'd have to prepay it before using it. The best part of this card (or the worst, whatever case may be Smile

) you can't overdraft it. So, it makes it kinda easy to control the account.

prepaid credit cards can help you control your spending.
